About Stacey

You Don’t Have to Keep Carrying It Alone

If you’re here, chances are you’ve been carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, grief, or overwhelming life experiences for longer than you’d like. Maybe you’ve learned to function on the outside while feeling exhausted, disconnected, or stuck on the inside.

My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together toward meaningful, lasting healing.

My Approach

I believe therapy should be more than talking about problems—it should help you understand why you’re struggling and provide effective tools to create lasting change.

Using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other trauma-informed techniques, I tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals.

Together, we’ll work to:

  • Process painful experiences safely

  • Reduce anxiety and emotional overwhelm

  • Strengthen healthy coping skills

  • Improve relationships and communication

  • Build confidence and resilience

  • Help you move from surviving to living with greater peace and purpose

Why I Specialize in Trauma

Trauma can affect every part of life - relationships, emotions, self-esteem, work, and even physical health. Healing isn’t about “getting over it.” It’s about helping your nervous system feel safe again so you can respond to life with greater confidence and flexibility.

Whether your experiences involve childhood trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, or chronic stress, healing is possible.

Outside the Therapy Room

When I am not meeting with clients, I enjoy spending time with family, being outdoors, and caring for my fur babies. I believe healing often happens through connection - with ourselves, with others, and with the things that bring us peace and meaning.
